They knocked the wall between my en-suite and main bathroom and did a wet room, corner bath, large sink unit and toilet. They also put a velux window in my kitchen, took off one radiator, plastered the ceiling and put in downlighters. 

 

How did you choose G&D Construction Projects Ltd?  

Alan knew what he was talking about. I had gotten loads of quotes and I just felt he was the most competent. 

 

I had ideas for a normal shower tray and he suggested the wet room( which is great). He also suggested a wall to wall mirror on one wall and I have to say that everybody who comes in says it's the feature of the whole room. 

 

They were spotless, every night they cleaned up everywhere. Even the people they had for plastering, electrics etc. left the house exactly as they got it. Job ran exactly on time as I had been told. 

 

Wet room, large mirror, velux Windows, french doors and the large sink with storage underneath that I didn't even know I was getting is fab. 

 

You would not even know they were in your house. 

 

Couldn't recommend them highly enough. They even did lots of extras for me that I had not asked for. For example, I got up to the attic for the Christmas decorations and saw they had fitted a full length light and plug which they did not even charge for. That wasn't the only thing, they fixed my immersion heater that's been broken for about 2 year and cut my tiles in my kitchen to allow the carpet fitters do their job. Then Alan and Ray even took all the rubbish that the carpet company had left behind and all on top of the original job with no extra charge.
