This was a whole house renovation starting with extension at the back of the house which included a large granite patio,

The attic was then converted with a dormer out the side ,

front garden was then finished with grantie steps garden walls and stone chipings to the drive way ,

Conversion of an office to a beautiful 3 bed apartment plus addition of a full dormer style extension to the back roof for additional space. As this project involved a change of use, considerable attention was given to compliance with regulations such as fire safety.

This project involved a total kitchen renovation plus addition of a new glass front porch and entrance path. 

This project involved building a large rear extension with a larger solider door to open up the house to the garden.  We also carried out a full interior refurbishment to the house and three bathroom renovations.
